Clinicians are billed $10 per month to be included in this directory.
After approval, clinicians can log in to curate their profile and update it as often as they want using their login information. This ensures the most up-to-date information is reflected as you grow and expand your practice.

Step-By-Step
You’re already here at the Clinician Login/Signup tab on our website
Click Login/Signup on bottom of the page and click “Create Account.”
Please SAVE your login info!
You will be prompted to complete your clinician application
Once you’ve submitted your application, look out for an email in the following week to confirm your application approval.
Sign back in right here on this webpage and use your same login information to access your profile. You will first be asked to “join plan” and select “therapist directory,” at which point you’ll be prompted to enter your payment information.
Add a photo of yourself and complete the remaining pieces of your profile
